    Will be able to explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools, (quality, process/continuous improvement, etc.) and will be able to apply them in various business processes throughout the organization. Will be able to demonstrate and be a driver for various leadership roles and responsibilities, organizational dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction. Will have a fundamental understanding of the components and techniques used in project management, including planning, deploying, monitoring, etc.

  • PM101 - Principles of Marketing examines the concepts of marketing mix (price, product, promotion, and channels of distribution) in a dynamic social, economic, and political environment, with focus on the satisfaction of customer needs while achieving organizational objectives. Student Learning Outcomes: The student will be able to: · Understand the theoretical and practical aspects of the marketing function within the modern business enterprise. · Know how to develop and implement a basic marketing plan. · Apply the newly learned skills in the real-world organization. · Appreciate the importance of marketing within the context of a global economy.
  • The minimum Expectations for a Six Sigma CERTIFICATION (Green Belt).

    Six Sigma Green Belt
    A Six Sigma practitioner trained in the methodology and tools to need to work effectively on a process improvement team. Green Belts may act as team members under the direction of a Black Belt or may lead their own less complex, high impact projects.
